Q: Do you charge for your consultations?

A: We offer a reduced rate of $150/hour for an initial consultation.

Q: How much will my case cost?

A: During your initial consultation, we will discuss with you the scope of your matter. Next, we will develop the scope of our work, at which time we will provide you a best estimate of your costs. Keep in mind, the total cost of your case will depend on a variety of factors, many of which are not in your or your attorney’s control. Therefore, you should consider any estimate for your case as only a general guideline.

Q: If I can’t afford full representation, do I have any other options?

A: Yes. If you feel confident in your ability to represent yourself but need some guidance, we offer limited representation services. Our limited representation services may include consultations and coaching or making an appearance for a limited purpose, such as a hearing. Keep in mind, when you pay an attorney for limited representation s/he will not be fully apprised of your situation and will likely not have the opportunity to conduct an independent investigation of the facts, so you must be prepared to do that work on your own.
